We founded Simplistic Wellness on our passion for health and the knowledge of how proper nutrition has such a profound positive effect on overall well-being.

We gained this passion through personnel experience with our own serious health issues effecting our functionality and the discovery of how changing our diet along with certain supplementation combatted those issues and completely changed our lives.

This transformation in our own lives gave us the passion and excitement to share this incredible health knowledge with others and be part of helping individuals get their vitality back so they can live functional, active lives as well. Out of these experiences and passion we created the Protein Pantry diet system to simplify the process for the individual in losing weight and bettering their overall health.

Meet our three awesome daughters; Claudia, Gabby & baby Gia. We understand first hand the drastic difference in being metabolically dysfunctional and metabolically in balance. The fact is metabolic health controls all health and once we brought ourselves into metabolic balance we naturally conceived and delivered a perfectly healthy new born at 45 years of age. That’s right, our metabolic health is better in our late 40s than it was in our 30s and that is all due to changing our diet.

Our passion is not just health but teaching individuals that great health is realistically obtainable later in life and you do not have to kill yourself in the gym or run 10 miles a day to achieve this. It’s mainly what you put in your mouth most of the time. We make getting healthy attainable and staying healthy sustainable. Honestly we spend very little time in the gym and yes as you can see we have our fun.
